Tech) / 9+ (Diploma) years in mechanical structure executionSkillsStrong understanding of mechanical structural systems and fabrication techniques.Proficiency in interpreting structural drawings and erection plans.Experience in planning and executing mechanical structure works at site.Knowledge of structural codes and standards (IS, AWS D1.1, ASTM).Coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams.Familiarity with lifting plans, rigging methods, and heavy structure handling.Good documentation and reporting skills.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
