About UsClick here to know - 'Who we are?'Job Description“Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join the Finance & Accounts team in a leading Wealth Management Company . The role is ideal for a fresher CA eager to build a career in financial accounting, investment operations, and regulatory compliance within the wealth management industry.The candidate will assist in managing accounting processes, financial reporting, fund reconciliations, MIS reporting, and audits, while ensuring compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to the wealth management sector.Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Ind AS and applicable accounting standards. Record journal entries, maintain general ledger, and ensure accurate trial balance reporting. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Management Reporting (MIS) Prepare financial MIS reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking activities. Investment Operations & Reconciliations Perform daily reconciliation of client portfolios, funds, and bank accounts. Monitor investment transactions, expense accruals, and fee accounting. Liaise with custodians, fund managers, and banks for settlements and confirmations. Taxation & Compliance Support GST, TDS, and income tax compliances, including return filings and reconciliations. Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits. Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and Companies Act requirements relevant to the wealth management industry. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to automate accounting and reporting processes. Support implementation of accounting systems and controls. Qualifications & Skills Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – recently qualified or with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS), taxation, and financial reporting. Working knowledge of Excel, Tally, and/or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books). Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Interest in financial markets, wealth management, and investment products.
