MBM Group is looking for Executive - Human ResourcesJob Context:We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of HR operations, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR functions efficiently.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, interviews, onboarding).Maintain and update employee records both physical and in ERP system.Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance as per Bangladesh Labour Law.Coordinate training & development initiatives and maintain related documentation.Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and related documents.Support performance management activities and maintain appraisal records.Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.Assist in attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersBachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Management / Psychology or any relevant discipline.PGDHRM will be considered an added advantage.Experience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): GarmentsAdditional RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Good command over MS Office.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law preferred.
