Sewtech Fashions Limited is looking for Executive - Planning (SCM & Production)Job Description / ResponsibilityPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on buyer orders, T&A calendar, and capacity.Monitor production progress and adjust plans in case of delays or disruptions.Coordinate with procurement/purchase team to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials.Follow up with suppliers for fabric, trims, accessories, and ensure all materials are in-house as per plan.Prepare and maintain T&A calendar from order confirmation to shipment.Update status reports and highlight any risks or delays to management.Liaise with Merchandising, IE, Purchase, Fabric & Trim Store, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, and Commercial departments.Organize planning meetings to align departments with production & shipment timelines.Any other task assigned by the managment.Educational RequirementsMastersBachelor/HonorsMasters/Bachelor’s from any reputed university.B.Sc in IPE/Textile engineering will be given preference.Skills Required: Production PlanningExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsStrong understanding of supply chain, production systems, and garment manufacturing process.Advanced skills in MS Excel, ERP/Planning tools.Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Job LocationChattogram
