With a robust distribution network boasting over 1000 touch points nationwide, the company has embraced modern retail practices by securing retail spaces in luxury malls, establishing exclusively branded stores for an unparalleled customer experience, and launching an E-commerce platform that attracts over 600,000 site visits per yearKey Responsibilities:Managing end to end procurement of vehicle and spare parts importation.Identify, evaluate and highlight the areas of improvement for cost effectiveness, quality and timely delivery to managementDevelop and maintain relationship with other departments, suppliers, OEMs and overseas principals and dealer network.Coordination with demand planning, imports, wharf and inventory departments.Suggestion and implementation of cost saving measures related to procurement process.Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to management and other departmentsUpdated and maintain procurement records and documents for audit and complaince purposes.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Engineering or Technology from a reputed university/ instituteMinimum 1 - 2 years experience at an 2W or 4W automotive dealership or spare parts industry with related to supply chain/ procurement or inventory.Excellent verbal and written command in EnglishProficiency in MS Excel/ SAP or ERP based softwares.Note: We kindly request that only genuinely interested candidates apply for this position.
