In this role, you will be the face of AKSID PureChem, responsible for building lasting partnerships with government entities, navigating complex procurement processes, and driving significant revenue growth. This is a high-impact position for a results-driven professional who thrives on challenge and opportunity.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and secure new business opportunities within government departments, agencies, and public institutions.Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key government officials, decision-makers, and procurement teamsManage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract finalization.Understand client-specific challenges and propose tailored, compliant solutions that deliver dear value.Expertly manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up, ensuring 100% compliance with all requirements.Continuously monitor and analyze changes in government regulations, procurement policies, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, opportunities, and contracts in the sales pipeline, providing regular, detailed reports to management.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersA Master`s or Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.Experience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Wholesale,Trading or Export/Import,Multinational Companies,Engineering Firms,Consulting Firms,Chemical Industries,Cement Industry,Paint,Cement,ImporterAdditional Requirements2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with government or institutional clients.A solid understanding of public sector procurement cycles and tender processes is a significant advantage.Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.A strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting or excoeding sales targets.Highly professional, resilient, and adept at building rapport with senior-level contacts.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
