A Reputed RMG Group of Company is looking for Executive- ITJob Description / ResponsibilityJob OverviewThe IT Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. This role involves managing hardware, software, network systems, and user support while ensuring data security and system reliability. The IT Executive will work closely with end-users and management to deliver efficient IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.Repair or replace faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, power supplies, motherboards, and cooling systems.Maintain and manage the IT inventory management system, asset list, and IT billing records.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity to the user end.Support users on MS Office tools, email systems, Active Directory and other corporate applications.Manage backup solutions for users’ laptops, desktops, and servers to prevent data loss. Assist users in accessing shared data and optimizing storage management.Perform regular maintenance, IT system backups, and updates for IT systems.Manage and provide support for IP-based systems including CCTV, IP phones, and door access control systems.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringSkills Required: Technical Support ITExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):IT Enabled Service,Garments,TextileCompetency RequirementsStrong knowledge of computer hardware, including troubleshooting and maintenance.Proven expertise in providing IT technical support to end usersAbility in working with Active Directory, email configuration.Experience installing and maintaining Windows OS and business applications.Familiarity with backup systems, file recovery, and data protection strategies.Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configuration.Additional RequirementsUp-to-date knowledge of emerging IT trends and AI technology (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address system-related queries effectively.Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications or training (e.g., CCNA/MTCNA/CompTIA A+) are a plus.Job LocationDhaka (Gulshan)
