The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, visiting retail shops to promote our products, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell our range of Pet food products to retail outlets.Communicate with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutionsVisit retail shops regularly to ensure product visibility, availability, and to build strong relationships with shop owners/managersMaintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-upsCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional strategiesProvide regular reports and insights to the management teamProvide feedback to the production team based on customer needs and preferences.To establish new business opportunities have to go to potential areas inside or outside Dhaka.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail SalesExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)Additional RequirementsProven experience in sales, preferably in the retail food or FMCG sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong customer relationships and close dealsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachWillingness to travel locally and conduct regular retail visitsJob LocationDhaka
