Triple Apparels Limited is looking for Executive 12 Lines-(Quality Sewing) Lingerie GarmentsJob Description / ResponsibilityKey ResponsibilitiesSewing quality follow-up experience related section Cutting, trims, fabric, finishing experience.Technical Audit handling capacitySewing SOP knowledgeSample experienceInline & End-line Inspection: Conduct, monitor, and supervise inline (during production) and end-line (finished product) inspections to identify sewing defects, technical issues, and ensure compliance.Sample & Technical Evaluation: Review and approve size set samples, pre-production (PP) samples, and ensure adherence to approved mock-ups and spec sheets.Defect Analysis & Correction: Identify the root cause of defects (e.g., faulty stitching, puckering, incorrect measurements) and work with the production team for timely correction and process improvement.Line Balancing & Setup: Supervise the sewing floor, including monitoring the line layout, checking operator efficiency, and ensuring the correct machine attachments are used for delicate materials.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed daily inspection reports (e.g., DHU - Defects per Hundred Units), monitor performance metrics, and provide feedback to management.Training & Mentoring: Train line quality inspectors, junior staff, and operators on quality standards, technical specifications, and specific lingerie handling.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and social compliance standards within the sewing area.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsExperience Requirements6 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): GarmentsAdditional RequirementsHands-on experience handling buyers such as Lidl, Carrefour, Primark, and OVSJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
