IN THIS ROLE YOU WILLOversee and manage the lifecycle of Access domain O&M (Operations & Maintenance) contract renewals, including vetting contract drafts and ensuring timely signing and compliance.

• Monitor and report weekly on the status and progress of O&M support contracts, highlighting risks, delays, and escalations. • Participate in technical evaluations of vendor proposals and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports for procurement decisions. HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENTParticipate in technical verification of the installed base under each O&M Level-III Support Contract, and finalize the BOQ for contract renewal by consolidating field team feedback and accounting for out-of-warranty and soon-to-expire inventory. Ensure effective vendor and stakeholder management, facilitating smooth implementation of contractual obligations and dispute resolution.

Conduct performance review meetings with vendors and regional teams; track action items and ensure follow-through. Support digital tools and portals for ticketing, complaint handling, and service issue resolution, ensuring timely response and escalation.
