Job DescriptionJob Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Account Assistant to provide direct administrative and client support to our executive team. This role involves handling confidential information, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth coordination of internal operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist executives with daily administrative tasks and account managementMaintain and update client records, contracts, and schedulesCoordinate internal meetings and manage executive calendarsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as neededTrack project timelines and assist with deliverable follow-upsAct as a liaison between clients and internal teamsHandle invoicing and account-related documentationMonitor and ensure high levels of client satisfactionQualificationsQualifications:
