This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to jumpstart their finance career and be part of a fast-growing company in the alcohol industry. The role will involve an array of activities including maintaining accurate sales and customer records, handling accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and planning for larger event orders, and contributing to the overall financial stability of our company. The goal is to maintain a timely and accurate ERP system and monitor cash flow on an ongoing basis so that the company can continue to deliver the exceptional customer service that we are known for.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and verify customer invoices and payment.Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers.Assist in managing accounts receivable and collections.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Assist in month-end closing processes.Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.Assist in tax preparation and compliance.Respond to financial inquiries from internal teams and external partners.Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance department.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills.Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations is advantageousWhat we offerCompetitive salary.Comprehensive training and ongoing support.Opportunities for career growth and development.A dynamic and friendly work environment.How to applyPlease send your resume to jitin@happytap.id.
