ResponsibilitiesTo assist the Service Manager in managing outlet operations, manpower and financial performance including monitoring monthly intakes, sales, gross profit, expenses and net profitTo prepare and submit accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure timely submissionTo manage financial and administrative transactions including daily collections (cash & credit card), petty cash, MRFs, payment vouchers and staff claimsTo ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards for all administrative recordsTo maintain staff records including attendance, medical leave and disseminate the information to staffs on news or updates from Perodua HQRequirementsA Degree holder in any related field from recognized university.
Some experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and EnglishStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlinesGood interpersonal, strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word.
