Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support our CFO (with a dotted line to the CEO) within a rapidly growing business. This is a high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring an exceptional professional with proven experience supporting C-level executives in similar settings.Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:7–10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including 3+ years supporting C-suite executives.Background in manufacturing, food production, or similarly fast-paced, operational industries or professional services.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume calendars, travel, and executive priorities with minimal oversight.Experienced in confidential communications, executive-level correspondence, and board-level support. Key Skills & Competencies:Exceptionally organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Strong communication skills; able to engage cross-functionally and represent the executive office professionally.Strong interpersonal skills for liaising across leadership, clients, and frontline teams.Coordinates board meetings, SLT meetings, Townhalls meetings, Employee Events, Social Committee Events, Deck preparation for Clients, and cross-functional leadership sessions.Technologically proficient /Tech-Savvy & Adaptable (Office 365, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Task Manager, ERP systems, Shared Drive.)Able to work in a dynamic, high-growth business with shifting needs and limited structure.Familiar with lean office operations and able to streamline workflows.Flexibility & Pressure ToleranceThrives in a fast-paced, often changing environment.Willingness to be on-call outside regular hours when needed (urgent meetings only). Nice to Have:Experience in a multi-site / office environment.EducationBachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.Problem-Solving & AnticipationProactively identifies issues or bottlenecks before they escalate.Offers solutions and alternatives to optimize executive productivity.
