Executive Assistant | 13-Week Contract | Houston, TX | $28–$32/hrPride Health is seeking an Executive Assistant to join a leading healthcare organization in Houston, TX for a 13-week contract assignment. This role supports leadership and operations through expert-level administrative coordination and communication.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars and scheduling using Outlook based on leadership priorities.Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including internal and external engagements.Handle document organization, filing, and committee support—prepare agendas, manage invitations, take meeting minutes, and maintain communications.Support vendor account management, including invoice and purchase order tracking, payment documentation, and budget monitoring.Process and track business expenses, reimbursements, and reports against allocated funds.Coordinate travel arrangements for off-site or out-of-town meetings.Collaborate with the Administrative Assistant team on general office operations—supplies, mail handling, guest reception, and meeting/event preparation.Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in administrative assistant or secretarial roles, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with OneNote is a plus.Excellent communication (written and verbal), organization, and multitasking skills.Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information and adapt to changing priorities.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful team player.Knowledge of health plan operations is a bonus but not required.Important Details:Location: Houston, TXContract Duration: 13 weeksSchedule: Full-time, Monday–FridayCompensation: $28–$32 per hourIf you’re an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you.
