Your main objective is to facilitate the CEO's strategic focus by meticulously managing, coordinating, and ensuring timely follow-up and scheduling of meetings with pre-vetted new prospective customers. You will be the linchpin that keeps the CEO organized, managing open deliverables and ensuring timely action.Note: This role is focused on coordination and relationship building, NOT cold calling.Key Responsibilities🛡️ Gatekeeping & Communication: Act as the first point of contact, screening communications to protect the CEO's time for high-value conversations.🗓️ Meeting Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and organize all logistics for prospect meetings (virtual and in-person).🤝 Prospect Follow-Up: Act as the primary point of contact for new prospects post-initial meeting. Send personalized outreach to coordinate follow-up discussions and next steps.📊 CRM Management: Oversee and maintain our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure all sales activities, deal stages, and contact information related to the CEO’s customers are accurate and up-to-date.📝 Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including creating reports and maintaining efficient filing systems.🤫 Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.⚙️ Product Knowledge: Learn the products so you can provide informed assistance.Skills & QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in inside sales or a similar coordination/support role is preferred.Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate technical sales information.Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable on Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
