Job Title: Executive Assistant – Founder’s OfficeLocation: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)Reporting To: Founder & CEO, BrandStory Solutions Pvt. Ltd.Years of experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant to the Founder’s Office at BrandStory acts as the strategic right hand to the CEO — enabling focus on vision, business growth, and organizational transformation. This is not a secretarial role; it’s a business partner position that blends operations, strategy, and execution across marketing, design, production, and technology verticals.You will work at the intersection of business, creativity, and leadership — driving critical initiatives, ensuring operational rhythm, and acting as a bridge between the CEO and cross-functional teams.This role suits someone with strong business intellect, high emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset.Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Founder’s Office Management & CoordinationManage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and communications with discretion, clarity, and foresight.Coordinate meetings, track minutes, and ensure timely closure of action items.Liaise with business heads across BrandStory, OriginUX, and other group entities to maintain project momentum and accountability.Ensure that key strategic initiatives and client commitments move forward without bottlenecks.2. Strategic & Business EnablementSupport the Founder in business planning, revenue tracking, and operational follow-ups across functions.Prepare research notes, competitor insights, and strategic briefs for client pitches and internal presentations.Conduct case-based reviews and questionnaires related to brand strategy, business etiquette, and executive decision-making.Assist in conceptualizing, documenting, and reviewing proposals, presentations, and key business decks.3. Commercial & Financial AcumenDevelop a sound understanding of BrandStory’s service lines — Brand Strategy, Marketing, Design, Digital, and Technology.Track commercial performance, billing, and client collections in collaboration with the Finance and Accounts team.Prepare business reports, project dashboards, and profitability summaries for weekly and monthly reviews.Support vendor negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups.4. Executive Communication & Stakeholder ManagementDraft executive-level communication — internal announcements, client emails, board notes, and investor briefs.Uphold BrandStory’s tone of professionalism and empathy in all correspondence.Represent the Founder’s Office with polish, credibility, and cultural alignment — both internally and externally.Maintain utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive business, HR, and client information.5. Project & Time ManagementImplement time management and organizational best practices to optimize the Founder’s bandwidth.Support the execution of multi-functional projects — from branding audits to new product launches.Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and communication gaps.Maintain high visibility over ongoing initiatives and report status updates with clear next steps.6. Leadership Partnering & Business ImpactAct as a thinking partner to the Founder — contributing ideas, perspectives, and structured feedback.Support in planning and executing leadership offsites, client workshops, and internal training sessions.Manage confidential initiatives related to partnerships, hiring, and organizational expansion.Key Skills & CompetenciesExecutive Presence: Confidence, tact, and clarity when engaging with C-level executives, clients, and team leaders.Business Acumen: Understanding of marketing, design, and digital business operations.Analytical Ability: Capable of synthesizing data, insights, and discussions into actionable summaries.Time & Task Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.Technology Fluency: Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Monday.com, and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).Professional Etiquette: Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, cultural intelligence, and polished demeanor.Adaptability: Agile, solution-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced decision-making.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 3–4 years of experience supporting Founders, CEOs, or CXOs.Prior experience in Marketing, Consulting, Creative, or Technology firms will be an added advantage.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing high-stakes deliverables.Growth PathThe EA role is a stepping stone to strategic leadership within BrandStory.
