Client Overview: Our client is a leading global company specializing in collectibles, entertainment, and consumer products. Role Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and project management support to a senior leader based in New York City. The role requires 24/7 communication strong organizational and communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment across multiple time zones.Executive Assistant Responsibilities:Coordinate executive scheduling, calendar management, and flow of information across departments.Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation logistics.Prepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials for meetings and leadership communications.Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external partners, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Organize and support staff and business meetings, including agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up actions.Manage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation accurately and efficiently.Provide project management support for new initiatives and cross-functional efforts.Assist with department-wide initiatives, events, and special projects as needed.Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and communication flow.Executive Assistant Qualifications:4+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with collaboration tools a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.Highly proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines.Positive, professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and maintain attention to detail.
