Known for its expertise and professional approach, AMCA serves a diverse range of clients across various industries.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, manage expense reports, and ensure efficient communication and coordination on behalf of senior leadership. Responsibilities include scheduling, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks to support the office’s operations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.Previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment.Preferred: Fresher in UAE, and Experience in Home countrySalary - 3K AedPreferred Skills:  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities. Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams. Demonstrated initiative in improving processes or team efficiencyKey Responsibilities: Support the Executive in managing departmental operations, task delegation, and team coordination.Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and deadline adherence.Manage internal and client escalations, grievances, and handovers.Ensure policy compliance and assist in reinforcing internal processes.Draft communications, manage departmental emails, and coordinate meetings.Serve as the primary liaison between the Executives and the other stakeholder
