Our client is in the financial services industry.ResponsibilitiesManage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate daily priorities.Prepare, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and business documents.Act as the liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.Organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and manage expense reports.Handle sensitive documents and information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.Provide administrative assistance, conduct basic research or data compilation, and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Financial services industry experience would be an added advantage.
