This role goes beyond administrative support — serving as a key player to help drive projects forward and ensure deadlines are met across multiple departments and job sites.You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and motivate teams to keep momentum high. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, problem-solving, and results matter, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative and strategic support, including handling confidential information, preparing documents, and coordinating meetingsKeep projects, departments, and job sites moving forward by tracking deadlines, following up with team members, and ensuring tasks are completed on timeEnsure the Owners’ time is prioritized effectivelyAssist with reviewing contracts, permits, and compliance documents related to construction, land development, and real estate transactionsAssist with reviewing project costs and forecastsCreate, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files for legal, financial, and operational purposesServe as a positive, proactive communicator with internal teams to keep progress moving and resolve roadblocksSupport with various day-to-day needs, which may include personal tasks such as getting coffee, running errands, or handling miscellaneous personal mattersQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar high-level administrative roleBackground in real estate, construction, or land development requiredKnowledge of legal and contract processes within construction or real estate transactionsStrong financial acumen — able to read budgets, reports, and forecastsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceStrong communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and hold others accountable in a professional mannerProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and cloud-based document systemsHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving abilityPowered by JazzHRVm0iyWCvpp
