Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, high-integrity Executive Assistant to support both our professional and personal priorities. This is a high-trust, high-impact role where you'll work directly with both principals in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. We value someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and forward-thinking, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and manage tasks independently. Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics. Own projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met. Prepare summaries, briefings, and status updates. Conduct research on vendors, travel, services, and related needs. Manage simple budgets, expenses, and property-related spreadsheets. Oversee household service providers and vendor appointments. Provide light IT support for Mac, PC, and iOS devices and systems. Work Schedule - M - F 8am - 6pm ESTPlease note, You may occasionally receive emails over the weekend. Being aware of your schedule and able to assist with time-sensitive matters is important.Requirements5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe PDF, and AI tools. Excellent written communication and organizational skills. Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup. Flexibility to occasionally align with Eastern Time (Miami) hours. Experience with platforms like Notion is a plus, though not required.
