Position PurposeThe Executive Assistant role is responsible for providing support to the executive leadership team of Capital Haus including the CEO and Executive Chairman. You will make inbound and outbound calls, provide email correspondence, diary management, scheduling of events and meetings as well as other general ad hoc work on behalf of the members of the executive leadership team.You will also provide administrative support to financial advisers and the client services team, as well as other cross functional teams within the business ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role plays an integral part in maintaining accurate client records and delivering a high standard of internal and external service.We are seeking an individual that is confident in conducting varied administrative tasks with an excellent phone manner that places an importance on accuracy and timeliness whilst having the ability to prioritise workload, help team members, support the executive team and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities• Be the direct support of the executive leadership team.• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.• Prepare and collate documents for client meetings.• Monitor and manage office supplies and oversee general office maintenance.• Provide administrative support to advisers and the client services team.• Assist with diary management and scheduling of internal and client meetings.• Coordinate travel bookings and manage expense claims.• Assist with event management• Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support the team and office operations. Qualifications and Experience• Previous experience in an executive or personal assistant position or office support role.• An interest in financial services or wealth management would be highly regarded.
