Do you enjoy supporting leaders, solving problems, and bringing structure to complexity?Crawford & Company, the world’s leading provider of claims management solutions, is looking for a confident, resourceful, highly professional Executive Assistant to support our Country Manager in the Philippines.If you love being the trusted right hand who keeps operations running seamlessly, this is the perfect role for you.What to look forward to:Becoming a key partner to the Country Manager, ensuring they are always prepared and supportedTaking ownership of calendars, travel, scheduling, communications, and documentationWorking with senior stakeholders across the business locally and internationallyExposure to executive-level discussions, priorities, and strategyOpportunities to support marketing, communications, events, and client development activitiesDeveloping expertise in systems like McCentaur and other business toolsWorking with a collaborative, motivated team in a dynamic global organizationA role where confidentiality and trust truly matter and where your contributions make a direct impactYour Responsibilities:Coordinate travel, visas, and accommodation — and occasionally accompany the Country Manager when neededScreen calls, inquiries, and requests, managing or redirecting them professionallyHandle admin tasks within McCentaur and similar platformsManage diaries, appointments, and schedules efficientlyProcess and respond to emails, correspondence, and document flows, often on behalf of the Country ManagerConduct background research and present findingsPrepare documents, presentations, briefing papers, and reportsLiaise with clients, suppliers, visitors, and internal stakeholdersAssist in Marketing & Communications, including newsletter content, marketing materials, and event supportSupport Client Development with RFIs, RFPs, and MI reportsWhat we are looking for:A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantageExperience supporting senior executives is beneficial but not mandatoryStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalHigh level of professionalism, interpersonal ability, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with Adobe tools (e.g., InDesign) and CRM platforms like Salesforce or SurveyMonkey is a plusData literacy - comfortable handling, summarizing, and presenting informationProven ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and demonstrate sound judgmentKnows how to drive is a plus!Why Crawford?We are people taking care of people.
