The opportunityThe EA and Business support will be budget coordinator, risk champion, meeting support, and administrative work for both Marketing & Strategy (M&S) and Risk team.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and logistical support for leaders’ M&S and Risk meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting meeting outcomes.Coordinate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.Support the development and execution of team activities and team engagement of M&S and Risk.Manage and maintain marketing databases and contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulationsContribute to the development and implementation of M&S processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree.At least 3 years’ experience in the same positionProven experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, or related roles.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partnersPreferred QualificationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to a team-oriented environmentCommitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with company policies and industry regulationsWhen You Join Our TeamWe’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.About Manulife And John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
