Job Description

Serve as the main liaison between the Founder and all internal/external stakeholders.Manage/calendar coordination, optimize scheduling across time zones, and handle travel logistics.Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed notes, and track follow-up tasks.Draft, proofread, and manage executive-level emails, presentations, and reports. Maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.Monitor progress on assigned tasks, projects, and key deliverables.Coordinate across departments and with clients to ensure timely responses and commitments.Manage both businessrelated and personal admin requests to support the Founders efficiency.Provide coverage during core business hours; limited early or late shifts may be required for international calls.Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 24 years experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting Csuite or Founders in fastpaced environments.Comfort with hybrid work setups: strong selfdirection, reliability, and discipline.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools. Superior organizational, multitasking, and timemanagement abilities.Independent thinker who remains composed under pressure, reacts quickly to shifting priorities, and anticipates needs.Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).Experience in remote and international support environments. Previous exposure to BPO industry workflows is a bonus.
