This temporary position offers full-time, until end of January supporting the Head of School and School Manager in a fast-paced, professional environment. ResponsibilitiesManage diaries, emails, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and seminars.Coordinate School meetings and contribute to the planning and scheduling of the 2026 meeting schedule.Act as the primary contact for queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.Support HR processes, finance administration, travel arrangements, and event coordination.About the Company Join one of Australia's leading universities, renowned for excellence in teaching and research.
