Hi, Hiring for Executive Assistant at very reputed Hospital.Location: Mohali (Punjab )Salary: 9 - 10 lpmAcademic Background :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.• Additional certifications in office management, executive assistance, or healthcare administration are a plus. Working Experience :• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. • Experience working with senior leadership or C-suite executives, particularly in a multi-location or healthcare group environment, is highly desirable. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex schedules, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Key Job Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing daily activities. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and directing communication as appropriate. • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. • Assist with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, itineraries, and transportation, ensuring seamless travel logistics for the CEO. • Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and high-level meetings, ensuring all logistical and administrative details are managed efficiently.RegardsHR Neha RaoContact : 9211321010Email: neha@hospitalplacement.com
