In this remote role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to busy executives, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities while you handle the details. You will play a critical role in enabling productivity and streamlining operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist executives with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management and schedulingServe as a liaison between English and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholdersDraft, translate, and edit correspondence and documents in both languagesCoordinate travel logistics and manage itineraries for executivesConduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notesMaintain and organize electronic files and recordsCommunicate effectively with teams and clients in both English and MandarinSupport event planning and coordination when necessaryUndertake additional administrative tasks as required to assist the teamRequirementsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar administrative rolesFluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essentialStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceAbility to work independently and proactively in a remote environmentHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated reliability and commitment to confidentialityFamiliarity with translation tools and project management software is a plusFlexible and open to adapting to changing needs and prioritiesExperience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally supporting executivesKnowledge of cultural nuances and business practices within Chinese and Western contextsBenefitsWe offer a competitive contractor package, with compensation determined based on your experience and performance throughout the selection process.
