Our focus is on delivering a highly personal, professional, and seamless service to clients.We are now looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team, someone organised, proactive, and reliable who can support the day-to-day operations of the business and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging administrative Liaising with providers to process applications, valuations, and policy servicing.Preparing client documentation, onboarding forms, and compliance paperwork.Maintaining accurate records and tracking client progress through the process.RequirementsPrevious experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance (preferred).Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.Confident communicator – both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Professional, discreet, and client-focused.What We OfferCompetitive salary package (based on experience).Supportive and collaborative team environment.Exposure to industry
