You will provide support and assistance to Audit and Assurance Partners and key members of their team, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.If you are looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, professional, and global firm, then this position is for you.Who are we looking for?Dedicated high achievers.People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete.Detail-oriented process improvers.Critical thinkers who naturally see opportunities to develop and optimise work processes – finding ways to simplify and standardise.Self-directed people who take ownership of their work to drive productivity, change, and results.What does the position entail?Act as a gatekeeper / first point of contact for their partnersPA to partners and provision of administrative support to key members of their teamDiary management and planning through prioritisation of appointmentsReceiving calls and dealing with clients and colleagues in a professional mannerOrganising internal and external meetingsMaintenance of client contact information within CRM systemMaintaining templates for key client documentsLiaising with Client Take On Team to ensure efficient on boarding of clientsManaging all correspondenceMinute-taking at key team meetingsPreparation of presentation slides and material using PowerPointBusiness continuity planningAssist with coordination and management of special projects, as requiredVarious ad-hoc administration dutiesWhat skills will the successful candidate have?Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion.Strong organisational skills and an efficient approach to task management.Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also showing initiative.Professional and articulate communication at all levels.Strong client focus.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Flexibility and adaptability to take on new tasks and responsibilities.Proficiency in MS Office packages.Knowledge of CRM systems (advantageous, but training provided).High level of attention to detail (critical to success in the role).Life at GTReward and benefits:Our reward and benefits are designed to create an environment where our people can flourish.
