We're currently seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to help our owner manage a mix of business and personal responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and care. Some days you'll coordinate meetings and handle emails; others, you'll research vendors, meet a tradesperson at the owner's home, run errands or make travel arrangements for her. This is an ideal role for someone who's comfortable wearing many hats, enjoys organizing and problem-solving, and takes pride in handling details efficiently and discreetly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage owner's email correspondence and scheduling.Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Meet service providers or tradespeople at the home or office as needed.Research and coordinate household or business projects (e.g., sourcing contractors, scheduling repairs, purchasing gifts).Being prepared to handle whatever needs to be handled that day to allow owner to focus on running an award winning business. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.QualificationsExceptionally organized and detail-oriented.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently once briefed.Comfortable handling both business and personal matters.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.Previous experience supporting a business owner or executive preferred.Hours & PayJob type: Part-time, HybridSchedule: 10-20 hours per week Work Setting: Hybrid (in-office at South Berwick, ME, and remote flexibility).Pay Range: $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.Benefits: This is a part-time role; benefits are not offered.Why Work With UsJoin a company that values respect, communication, and trust.
