A leading education-focused organization in Manhattan is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering strong long-term potential for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Hybrid schedule: On-site Tuesday–ThursdayHours: 9:00am–5:00pmSalary: $60–65K (depending on experience) Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, including heavy calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zonesSchedule and coordinate interviews for executive and senior-level candidates, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring leadersServe as a key liaison between the Head of Talent Acquisition, senior leadership, and external partnersPrepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports to support ongoing recruiting initiativesTrack department priorities, project timelines, and follow-up items to ensure consistent progressManage travel logistics, expense reports, and ad hoc administrative requestsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred1-3 years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced or professional environmentExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanorStrong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Avature) a plusEnergetic, adaptable, and proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilitiesMust be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
