You will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, administrative management, and organizing key moments, in a demanding, creative, and constantly evolving environment.Job ResponsibilitiesYOUR CONTRIBUTIONYou will be primarily responsible for the following missions:Executive Assistance and Administrative ManagementManage the Image Director's complex and evolving agenda;Organize meetings, travel, and internal/external events;Ensure the follow-up of expense reports, orders, invoices, and team leave in conjunction with support services;Anticipate and assist the Image Director in the preparation of documents and presentations. Team CoordinationBe the primary point of contact for the transmission of information within the team;Facilitate the circulation of documents and the preparation of meeting materials;Participate in the logistical organization of team highlights (seminars, workshops, etc.). Cross-functional SupportProvide occasional operational support on certain cross-functional projects (schedules, back schedules, follow-ups);Support teams in monitoring certain strategic deadlines (committees, reviews, presentations). ProfileExperience: 5 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar roles. Skills and Personal Qualities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and multidimensional environment; Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Discretion and a sense of confidentiality; Attention to detail and rigor in organization; Proficiency in written and oral communication; Interest in computer tools.
