About the jobHAIL Partners are excited to be supporting a leading European Private Equity firm in the search for a superstar Executive Assistant to join the firm in January for a 12-month maternity cover.The position will provide top-level assistance to a busy deal team made up of 6-7 individuals varying in seniority, high-level support will be to 3 execs. This will be a consistently fast-paced role, with frequent travel booking / coordination, diary management, expenses and traditional EA duties. This is a unique opportunity to support a lovely team within a leading PE firm with a flat structure, applicants must have a muck in attitude and always go the extra mile.ResponsibilitiesArrange and schedule complex internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.Proactively manage busy calendars, handling last-minute requests with ease.Coordinate complex travel arrangements for the team.Organise conference calls, in-person meetings, and team events.Collate and distribute meeting materials in advance.Arrange external business lunches and dinners.Expense management.Personal AttributesExceptionally organised and detail-oriented.Proactive and resourceful.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Collaborative, adaptable, and calm under pressure.Must be a real team player and be able to anticipate execs needs, be able to work proactively as well as reactively.QualificationsPrior EA experience, ideally from within a PE, or fast-paced financial services environment.Must be used to supporting a busy team at pace and be able to build trust quickly and adapt support style to individual needs.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
