Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant, up to $96,000 per annum - Family Office Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant, up to $96,000 per annum - Family Office Your new companyYou will be working in a well-established family office with a strong presence in the APAC region, taking care of the investment, corporate and philanthropic requirements of the family. Your new roleWe are seeking a polished and service-oriented Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the co-founder of the firm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and possess a high level of discretion and professionalism. You will be responsible for her business and personal calendar, planning and managing exclusive social gatherings and charitable endeavours, coordinating international logistics, and managing the family's travel needs. Key Responsibilities:Provide personalised support to the co-founder, ensuring seamless scheduling, appointment management, and time optimisation.Plan and execute exclusive events, including private dinners, social gatherings, and philanthropic functions.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for the family, covering accommodations, flights, transportation, dining reservations, and activities.Liaise with regional offices and key stakeholders/clients on behalf of the Principal.Perform various ad-hoc tasks, requiring a proactive and research-driven approach.What you will need to succeed8-12 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant within a family office, investment environment, or similar setting.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with external vendors, high-profile clients, and senior industry leaders.Impeccable presentation, confidence, and project management skills to expertly handle high-profile events and stakeholder interactions.Meticulous attention to detail, proactive approach, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Exceptional organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing objectives, and conduct thorough research.Proven experience supporting Ultra High-Net-Worth individuals is highly desirable.What you need to do nowIf you or someone you may know may be interested in this opportunity, please do contact me on the details below for more information or send me your CV to apply now via email at shien.koo@hays.com.sg.
