We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & HR Administrator.This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of HR - perfect for someone eager to grow within the field of people operations.Executive Assistant Responsibilities:Provide direct day-to-day support to the CEO, including scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings and travel.Provide high-level personal assistance to the CEO as required, including matters related to home, and personal logistics.Oversee the organization of the company’s monthly All-Hands meetings, including logistical planning, agenda coordination and communication with presenters.Coordinate interviews with the CEO for various positions.Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Anticipate needs and proactively handle administrative and logistical details.Support in special projects, company initiatives, and leadership activities.Manage travel arrangements for the company, primarily for executives.HR Administration Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the HR team across a variety of processes - from recruitment coordination to onboarding and employee engagement.Assist with cross-organizational processes, HR data maintenance, and documentation.Partner with the Employee Experience & Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations, plan and execute company activities, events, and fun initiatives.Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles - experience supporting executives is a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a positive work environment.A “people person” with a can-do attitude and genuine interest in HR.Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
