This role requires a proactive, commercially astute, and highly organised professional, who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and act as a trusted liaison between the Co-Founders, the wider business, and external stakeholders.Working across both professional and personal spheres, the Executive Assistant will streamline daily operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure the Co-Founders remain focused on strategic priorities. The role is fast-paced, varied, and requires discretion, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritisation for both business and personal commitments;Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for business and personal travel;Manage email inboxes, prioritising correspondence and drafting responses where appropriate;Prepare documents, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials;Follow up on outstanding tasks, commitments, and project deadlines on behalf of the Co-Founders;Maintain a clear overview of business and personal priorities to ensure timely action.Meetings & CommunicationOrganise, coordinate, and prepare for internal and external meetings;Take minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-up on agreed outcomes;Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Co-Founders, ensuring communication is managed with professionalism and discretion;Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.Project & Event CoordinationSupport delivery of special projects, both professional and personal, from concept to completion;Assist in planning and coordinating events, functions, and company social activities;Research and provide recommendations for products, services, suppliers, or travel options as required.Personal SupportManage household operations, including liaising with service providers, contractors, and suppliers;Assist with family and personal logistics, including appointments, errands, and special projects;Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.Operational SupportMaintain organised digital and physical filing systems;Assist with document and information management for business and personal purposes;Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes;Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment between the Co-Founders’ activities and business operations.RequirementsProven experience as an Executive Assistant / high level Personal Assistant;Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;High level of attention to detail and accuracy;Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences;Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud-based systems;Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a collaborative team member.Values AlignmentResponsibility: Own outcomes and deliver with integrity;Collaboration: Work openly and collaboratively towards shared goals;Openness: Communicate transparently with Directors, clients, teams and stakeholders;Innovation: Embrace curiosity and seek smarter, more sustainable ways to work;Passion: Demonstrate authentic care for the work you do and people you impact.Salary$120k - $130k + Super, with flexibility for the right person.Why Join Aube?An impactful role, among a high performing team of talented professionals.Work in a values driven culture where innovation and balance coexist.Competitive salary package, with flexibility.Development - This role has influence across the whole business, including trusted advisory support and exposure at Advisory Board level.ApplyTo apply, please do so via LinkedIn, attaching your CV and Cover Letter as Word documents.
