The role is key in securing timely and efficient executive management support processes, with a focus on coordinating logistics and administration.You will collaborate with colleagues across the bank in areas such as event planning, coordination of Board of Director meetings and handling the practical arrangements for internal and external appearances of our CEO, including scheduling, invitations and on-site coordination.Create finance solutions for a better livingIf you thrive in a fast-paced, engaging, and collaborative work environment where your exceptional planning and organisational skills can make a real difference and if you are looking to grow and contribute in a long-term role, take the opportunity to join our team as an Executive Assistant at Ikano Bank.As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Ikano Bank’s CEO and leadership team across a broad range of tasks.Your main responsibilities will include:Provide and secure support to the CEO and management team, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.Coordinate with team supporting Board of Directors, plan meetings and any other relevant engagements.Handle travel arrangements, invoices, and other logistics to ensure smooth operations for the CEO and management team.A point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking to engage with the CEO and leadership team, including scheduling meetings and facilitating communications.Always act with high level of professionalism and discretion and compliant in handling sensitive information.Manage and update the company and Board calendars.Contribute in relevant projects, activities and engagement initiatives.You'll need some experience!We believe you have a background in executive or management support, such as Executive Assistant, Administrative and Office Manager roles or similar within a larger organisation operating in several countries.You bring: Proven track record of 5–10 years relevant experience, ideally within the banking or insurance industryExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Swedish.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Experience working in an international environment is a strong advantage.We offer youIkano Bank is in the middle of its biggest transformation ever.
