This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, can manage competing priorities, and enjoys being a trusted partner in business operations.Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:Providing high-level support to the president, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparations.Drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations.Coordinating and preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Assisting with confidential projects, strategic initiatives, and corporate communications.Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the President.Maintaining organized filing systems and ensure timely handling of sensitive information.Qualifications:10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional environmentDiploma/Certificate in Business/Office Administration would be an assetIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google WorkspaceProfessional business communication skills (verbal and written)Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with highly sensitive informationWorking hours:8-hour day with a paid lunchMonday to FridayFlexible start time within core business hoursWhat we offer:A supportive and award-winning workplace culture3 weeks of paid vacation to startPaid health and dental benefitsGroup RRSPWe thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for the interview will be contacted.Massilly North America Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
