This position will be in Valencia.From Noatum Ports we encourage you to join our project!The EA's Focus Is ToAgenda and calendar management: Schedule, coordinate and organize meetings, trips and events, ensuring optimal use of executives' time.Meeting preparation: Create and distribute agendas, take notes, and follow up on agreements and tasks resulting from executive meetings.Communication support: Write and review emails, presentations and internal documents, and maintain constant and fluid communication with the different teams.Travel coordination: Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and any other related logistical aspects.Special Project Management: Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic projects or special events.Data analysis and management: Prepare reports, research information, and provide relevant data to support decision-making.Handling of confidential information: Ensure the discretion and privacy of all company information and CEO's.Minimum RequirementsExperience: At least 3-5 years of previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a highly demanding environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields (desirable, not exclusive).Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools and digital calendars.Languages: Advanced level of English (oral and written); Other languages are a plus.Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and proactivity.Personal skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, sense of urgency, attention to detail and high level of discretion.SkillsOrganized PersonResolutory.Ability to work in dynamic environments.Discretion.#Noatum
