About the jobThe purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to provide high-level executive support to the Managing Board, Supervisory Board, and Company Secretary by ensuring seamless organization, communication, and coordination of their activities. The role enables the leadership team to operate efficiently through expert administration, meeting and travel management, and effective project support.Main responsibilitiesActing as personal assistant to the Managing Board members (Chief Executive Officer, Chief Impact Investment Officer, Chief Investor Engagement Officer and Chief Operating Officer):Acting as the point of contact between the Managing Board members and the Supervisory Board and the organizationArranging calendars, monitoring email and handling correspondenceOrganising meetings and booking meeting rooms with multiple stakeholdersMaking travel arrangements and detailed travel itinerariesProvide general administrative supportOrganizing and supporting with various events and projectsAssisting the Managing Board Members, Supervisory Board member and the Company Secretary:Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documentsResearching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executivesMaking meeting minutes and presentationsReading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as neededMaintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systemsBooking travel, preparing itineraries and visa applications and arranging meetings for the Supervisory Board membersSpecific Project ManagementEducation, skills and experienceHBO/MBO’s Degree in the field secretary and administrative support or similarMinimum of 3 years of experienceFluency in EnglishIn-depth understanding of entire MS Office suiteAbility to organize a daily workload by prioritiesMust be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environmentA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsHands-on and adaptiveAble to communicate with a wide group of stakeholders with different cultural or professional backgroundsProfessional level verbal and written communications skillsCompetenciesInitiative, Cooperation, Organization awareness, Accuracy, Client & Service Orientation, Written Communication, Planning and Organizing.BenefitsImpactful Work; Contribute to meaningful social and environmental change.Professional Growth; you will have access to training and learning opportunities.Work-life balance: you will benefit from a flexible work environment where you can work from home approximately 50% of the time.Collaborative Environment: Work with passionate professionals dedicated to impact investing and sustainability.Additional remarksThe role is open for 4 days, preferably Monday-Thursday.How to applyPlease send your cover letter and resume in English via the apply button.Oikocredit is an equal opportunity employer.
