Job Description

Manage the daily operations of the Office of the President & CEO of business units under the group of companies.Proactively identify and address issues that may affect the efficiency or productivity of Office of the President. Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and the President & CEO of business units under the group of companies.Maintain proper confidentiality in all the dealings of the President & CEOPrepare, maintain and manage documents such as reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Research and recommend speaking engagements, conferences and other events that may be relevant to the President & CEO. Screen, proofread and edit documents for the review and approval of the CEO & President. Assist in coordinating and managing special projects or events as may be assigned by the President & CEO. Performs other tasks as may be required by the President & CEO.
