Job Description

- Manage and maintain CEO Schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders- Support with personal tasks when required- Monitor and respond to emails or communications on behalf of the executive, when delegated- Assist in event planning, company functions, and administrative projects-
