The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and ensure smooth daily operations.šŸ”¹ Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Efficiently manage calendars and schedule internal/external meetings and calls (Peter & Ruthy).Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodation, and transportation for business trips (Peter).Meeting Coordination: Organize logistics for in-person meetings—meeting rooms, catering, dinners (Peter, Crilles & Ruthy).Administrative Support: Create purchase orders, submit expense reports in the MyExpense tool, and support general admin tasks (Peter & Crilles).Project Assistance: Support customer events and various initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Compliance: Ensure internal policies (travel, expense, purchase orders, etc.) are followed.šŸ”¹ QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Ideally previous experience working in a global corporate environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Flexible and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.šŸ”¹ Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting senior executives.Familiarity with the technology industry.Knowledge of travel and event planning.
