Your role within Social and Affordable Housing Growth will support the department to lead the delivery of enhanced housing outcomes through an integrated approach to overall supply. The work you will do helps someone every day, and that means the world to us.Through partnerships, The Social Housing Delivery Office provide and influence the provision of safe, secure, affordable, and appropriate housing to the people of Queensland, and the building of vibrant and connected precincts and communities in which they live.As Executive Assistant, you will provide a high level of confidential executive, administrative, secretarial and project support to the Executive Director.What You Will Be Doing Managing the administrative functions associated with the Social Housing Delivery Office including managing the corporate card, email, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, briefs and other documents through the provision of high quality confidential secretarial support. Proactively managing and coordinating the Executive Director's electronic diary, including the pre-preparation and organisation of meetings, conference, seminars, accommodation and travel arrangements. Assisting the Executive Director and Executive Support Officer with project work as required and providing high quality advice to staff at all levels on procedures and administrative standards. Working closely with the Executive Support Officer to provide high quality executive support to the Executive Director and Directors. Liaising and building strong relationships with the Office of the General Manager, Social Housing Delivery, and with officers at all levels within the department and other public and private sector organisations in relation to Office of the Executive Director activities. Screening and interpreting telephone calls and redirecting enquiries to appropriate areas.
