This role requires a strategic partner who can anticipate needs, coordinate complex schedules, and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison for internal teams, external partners, and the board of directors, facilitating effective communication and project management across global time zones. Responsibilities include preparing high-level correspondence, managing international travel arrangements, compiling briefing materials, and supporting special projects from inception to completion.
