We’re a tight-knit team driven to move fast, tackle some of the biggest challenges in healthcare, and ultimately improve patient lives.About the RoleOur business is scaling quickly, with fast-growing companies as our partners. With this growth, we’re looking for an individual to step up in the Talent and People Operations team, working directly with our leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include:What You’ll OwnProcess payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for teammates.Handle invoicing tasks — create, track, and make sure invoices get paid on time.Process employee reimbursements efficiently and accurately.Support executive leadership with EA-style administrative tasks.Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of company tax-related filings.Stay on top of team’s time off — handle leave requests and keep our records up-to-date.Oversee company tools and software subscriptions, including renewals, access management, and budget tracking.Conduct interviews for internal roles and support end-to-end coordination (e.g., scheduling, candidate management, onboarding).Improve people operations processes, inclusive of onboarding, retention, and team engagement to drive sustainable growth.About YouCore ExperienceExperience in administrative support, people ops, HR admin, or other related roles.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.What You BringEnergy and drive; you have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around the most talented teammates who push you to do so.
