This role demands professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology and engineering environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.Prepare, review, and manage executive reports, presentations, and documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.Assist in coordinating strategic initiatives, project tracking, and follow-ups on key business actions.Support meeting preparation — drafting agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring timely completion of action items.Manage office operations related to executive activities, including procurement requests, scheduling, and communication logistics.Handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency within the organization.Assist in event planning, conferences, and executive-level engagements.Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the ICT, technology, or engineering sectors.Proven experience supporting senior executives or management teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.Technical & Professional Skills:Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Teams).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Personal Attributes:Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Commitment to the company’s values of quality, innovation, reliability, and technological excellence.
