The Disney Entertainment Television Talent Relations team is seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Talent Relations. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role requiring sharp judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.The ideal candidate should feel comfortable acting as an administrator in a professional setting, maintaining strict confidentiality standards, and representing the department to the broader organization and external stakeholders. They will need to be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to balance multiple high-priority projects with tight deadlines. They should present as professional, have a positive attitude, and be consistently prepared and responsive. Candidates must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems before they arise, and thrives in a high-volume, dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesManage complex, high-volume calendars for the SVPSchedule and coordinate meetings across departments, partners, and time zonesArrange domestic and international travel, process related expense reportsServe as a primary point of contact with internal executives, talent reps, media partners, and cross-functional teams with professionalism and discretionDraft, proofread, and format internal reports, updates, memos, and other communicationsPrepare agendas, take notes, and track action items for meetings as neededMaintain and update team-wide resources such as contact lists and project trackersSupport corporate and press events with logistics coordination and administrative tasksOrder supplies, manage workspace logistics, and handle other operational needsStay informed on department projects and priorities to anticipate needs and streamline workflowProactively identify process improvements and prevent issues before they ariseBasic Qualifications1+ years of administrative experience supporting executives in entertainmentExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthinessCollaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and Microsoft TeamsFamiliarity with Concur, Workday, and other enterprise systemsFlexibility to support occasional after-hours needs (e.g. press events or travel schedules)EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferredThe hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $59,600 to $79,800 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
